Ricardo Dunin is a founding partner of Lionheart Capital, LLC and has over 30 years of experience in the Miami, Caribbean and Brazilian real estate markets.
Prior to joining forces with OZ Holdings, Dunin was the CEO of the Flagler Group, Inc. Founded in 1996, Flagler was a Miami-based, multi-faceted real estate development company headquartered in the Miami Design District.
Under Dunin’s tutelage, Flagler Group was a pioneer of the condo-hotel concept, and developed the Mutiny Hotel and the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel, both in Coconut Grove. Other high-profile Dunin projects include: The Meridian, an ultra-modern building of 111 luxury lofts in South Beach; Le Sereno, a beachfront resort designed by Parisian designer Christian Liaigre in St. Barth and the Miami Airport Center, a 640,000 square foot, mixed-use park adjacent to Miami International Airport.
Dunin is also a founding partner of Performance Empreendimentos Imobiliarios, a Brazilian condo, office, and hotel development company, which is currently involved in over two billion dollars of development work in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with over 40 employees.
Dunin is originally from Brazil and studied business at Fundaçao Getulio Vargas, the most prestigious business school in South America.
